Nepal, Oct. 6 -- The Nepali Congress' 15th General Convention is underway at Khula Manch in Kathmandu, with the process of electing the party's new leadership moving forward.

The Central Election Committee published the voter list on Monday night and released the final schedule for candidate nominations.

According to the schedule, candidates can file their nomination papers from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm today.

Other procedures leading up to the nomination process will also be completed today. Claims and objections regarding the voter list and their settlement are scheduled from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.

The final voter list will be published at 11:30 am, while distribution of nomination forms began at 10:00 am.
