Nepal, Oct. 7 -- The closed session of the Nepali Congress' 15th General Convention has been postponed until 4 pm due to rainfall.

Dr Suresh Raj Acharya, executive director of the party's Policy Research and Training Academy, said the session will endorse four reports presented by the party president, vice presidents, general secretary and treasurer.
