Nepal, June 3 -- National Assembly (NA) members have stressed on diplomatic initiatives to resolve Nepal-India border problems.

Speaking at the emergency hour of today's NA meeting, they suggested the government hold dialogue based on historical facts and evidence to resolve such problems.

On the occasion, Sunil Bahadur Thapa of the Nepali Congress pointed out the need of seeking solutions to Nepal-India border issues through talks and established diplomatic channels.

"The government should adopt a restrained, clear and responsible diplomatic approach on this issue," he added.
