Memorial held in London for victims of Nepal, Tibet floods and landslides
Nepal, Sept. 18 -- A memorial ceremony was held in London on Thursday to honor those who lost their lives or remain missing following devastating floods, glacier-related events and landslides in Nepal and Tibet.
Organized by the Royal Borough of Greenwich at Victoria Hall, Woolwich Town Hall, the ceremony was attended by local government representatives, Nepali community leaders and representatives of the Nepali Embassy in the UK.

Nepal's Charge d'affaires to the UK, Bipin Duwadi, expressed condolences to the victims and appreciation for the international community's support for Nepal. He said the government was continuing rescue and relief efforts.
