Nepal, Jan. 2 -- Acting on a tip-off, a team deployed by the bureau, with technical support and coordination from Nepal Telecom and Ncell Pvt Ltd, raided Costco Information Technology Pvt Ltd, operated by Salina Rai, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-30, Gyaneshwor. The operation was found to be illegally bypassing international incoming calls using internet-based systems.

Police have arrested a man along with equipment allegedly used in an illegal international call bypass (VOIP) operation in Kathmandu.
