Malaysian national missing after Bhotekoshi flood found safe after 37 days
Nepal, Oct. 2 -- A Malaysian national who went missing after the Bhotekoshi River flood in Rasuwa on August 26 has been confirmed safe and back in Malaysia after 37 days.
Malaysia Solidarity: Families in Hope (MASFIH), a group representing families of missing Malaysian nationals, announced the development on Friday, according to Malaysian media reports.

MASFIH spokesperson Manivannan Retinam said the man had contacted the Malaysian Embassy in Kathmandu himself. He was identified as a Malaysian citizen of Chinese descent who had been travelling alone in Nepal.
