Nepal, Sept. 26 -- A 59-year-old man died after a landslide buried his house in Tarakhola Rural Municipality-5, Dhasmar, Baglung, amid continuous rainfall since Thursday.

Man Bahadur Roka was buried when a landslide fell on his house last night, according to Superintendent of Police Phanindra Prasai, chief of the District Police Office, Baglung.

SP Prasai said the house was partially damaged and Roka was in his bedroom when the landslide struck.

Police, with the help of local residents, are currently working to recover his body from the debris.
