Nepal, Aug. 6 -- Israeli ambassador to Nepal, Shmulik Arie Bass, paid a courtesy call on Mayor of Pokhara Metropolitan City (PMC), Dhanraj Acharya, on Wednesday.

Issues such as Nepal-Israel relations, common interests, tourism, agriculture, technical education and employment promotion featured during the meeting, according to PMC. The two dignitaries also discussed the possibility of conducting a direct flight between Pokhara and Israel in addition to expansion of tourism and cultural exchanges between Nepal and Israel.
