Nepal, Sept. 1 -- The House of Representatives (HoR) is scheduled to meet at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, September 2.

According to the Federal Parliament Secretariat, Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal will table a special motion on the devastating Bhotekoshi flood in Rasuwa on August 26, which caused significant loss of life and property.

Representatives from six political parties are scheduled to address the session, Secretariat Spokesperson Eakram Giri said.Following Political News

The HoR meeting had been adjourned indefinitely on August 26 due to the disaster and to allow lawmakers to participate in search, rescue, relief and rehabilitation efforts in the affected areas.
