Nepal, June 13 -- Members of the House of Representatives have demanded the government to provide chemical fertilizer to farmers on time as rice planting season has commenced.

During the urgent hour of today's HoR meeting, Tahir Ali Bhat drew the government's attention to address the crisis of chemical fertilizer in different districts.

He shared, "Farmers face shortage of chemical fertilizer during rice planting season every year. We always raise this issue every year but the government does not listen. The government should put an end to 'agro mafia'."
