Nepal, July 1 -- The Education, Health, and Information Technology Committee of the House of Representatives (HoR) has held a clause-by-clause discussions on the preamble and various sections of the 'National Forensic Science Laboratory (Establishment and Operation) Bill, 2081.'

In today's meeting convened at the committee's meeting hall in Singha Durbar, the committee members suggested mentioning in the proposal separate provisions for reliable testing in determining serious crimes, classifying crimes, and conducting effective study and research.
