Nepal, April 20 -- Home Minister Sudan Gurung has issued a detailed clarification regarding recent controversy surrounding his share investments, saying that he has not concealed any financial details and that the allegations are being misinterpreted.

In a statement shared on social media, Gurung rejected claims that he hid shares worth Rs 25 million, arguing that not all shares are of the same category and must be properly classified.

He said his total investment in the securities market exceeds Rs 20 million and added that the details can be viewed on the official website of the Council of Ministers.
