Health Minister Mehta, Bhutanese counterpart hold meeting to promote mutual collaborations
Nepal, May 27 -- Minister for Health and Food Hygiene, Nisha Mehta, and Bhutan's Health Minister, Tandin Wangchuk, held a meeting in Geneva, Switzerland.
During the meeting held at the 79th World Health Assembly of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva on Tuesday, they stressed the need of mutual collaboration to resolve the health challenges as both countries have been facing similar common health challenges, said Joint-Spokesperson at the Health Ministry, Dr Samir Kumar Adhikari.
On the occasion, they also discussed the matter of strengthening a flexible, inclusive and people-oriented health service system in the health sector.
