Nepal, May 11 -- The government is set to present eight ordinances in the House of Representatives (HoR) meeting scheduled for Monday, according to the Federal Parliament Secretariat.

The HoR meeting is underway.

The Secretariat said the concerned ministers will present the ordinances in the HoR as per the agenda.

The government had earlier recommended the ordinances to President Ram Chandra Paudel before the parliamentary session was convened. The President subsequently promulgated the ordinances based on the government's recommendation.
