Nepal, March 15 -- The government has made public the full details of those injured during the Gen-Z Movement on September 8 and 9.
Dr Prakash Budhathoki, spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), said the information was compiled based on the names collected from hospitals that provided treatment to the injured. He reported that a total of 2,638 individuals received treatment for injuries at 99 hospitals nationwide during the movement.
"We collected information about the injured from all hospitals that offered care during the event." The release of the comprehensive details of the injured was postponed due to late submissions from some hospitals.
