Nepal, Aug. 13 -- Five unidentified bodies have been found along the banks of the Madi and Lungri River at different locations in Swargadwari Municipality, Pyuthan, with police and local residents suspecting that they may have been swept downstream from landslide-hit Rolpa. The bodies were discovered at around 7:30 AM Thursday, just hours after a landslide in Botalbara of Thabang Rural Municipality-5, Rolpa, left several people missing.

Police said the bodies of five people, whose identities have yet to be established, were found along the banks of the Madi and Lungri rivers in Swargadwari.

The body of a boy believed to be 12 or 13 years old was found along the Madi River at Judalpata in Swargadwari Municipality-9.
