Nepal, July 21 -- Director of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO)'s South-South and Triangular Cooperation Division, Hua Yang, paid a courtesy call on Minister for Agriculture, Forests and Environment, Gita Chaudhary today.

In the meeting that took place at the Ministry in Singha Durbar, they discussed food security, agricultural transformation, sustainable agriculture-food systems, development, and expanding South-South and triangular cooperation in Nepal.

On the occasion, Minister Chaudhary said that Nepal is willing to further expand cooperation for transforming the agriculture sector, strengthening food security, and mobilizing international financial resources to that end.
