Nepal, March 14 -- To step up the upgrade, traffic will be banned at night during the mentioned period.

To expedite blacktopping of the Dhulikhel-Khawa road section along the Araniko Highway, vehicular movement will be halted for two weeks from March 21 to April 3.In this connection, the Bhaktapur Road Division Office has issued a public notice stating that traffic will be prohibited at night for blacktopping work, said the office chief, Senior Divisional Engineer Sunam Yogesh.

He further stated that operation of heavy four-wheeled vehicles will be prohibited from 6:00 pm to 5:00 am from March 21 to April 3.

Passenger buses will also be restricted during this period, and the public is advised to use alternative routes.
