Nepal, June 4 -- Former General Secretary of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), Dhawal Shamsher Rana, has announced plans to launch a new political party, centering its agenda on "democracy with monarchy" and the establishment of a Hindu state.

Addressing a press conference on Thursday, Rana said his decision came after the RPP failed to effectively advance its core ideological agenda and organizational goals.
