Nepal, July 13 -- A central server outage has disrupted license-related services at the Transport Management Office (TMO) in Chitwan for the past five days, causing delays in services including the issuance of new licenses and license renewals.

The office said work has been affected since Thursday as the server has been operating irregularly. With services halted, customers who arrived early in the morning for license-related work were forced to wait throughout the day before returning empty-handed.

Amrit Adhikari, head of the TMO, Chitwan, said the office has been unable to provide services due to problems with the central system.

"The server has been down from the center for four days. It is not operational today either," he said. "...
