Nepal, May 11 -- The government has approved the address to be delivered by President Ramchandra Paudel to the joint sitting of both houses of Parliament.

The decision was made under Article 95 of the Constitution of Nepal, under which the President will address a joint session of the Federal Parliament at 4:00 PM on Monday.

The decision was taken during a Cabinet meeting held earlier on Monday.
