Nepal, June 8 -- Bakhat Bahadur Bhandari has been elected as Dailekh district President of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP). The recently concluded first convention of the party elected a new 11-member district working committee.

According to the election committee, Bhandari won the competition for the post of President by getting 93 votes while his nearest competitor Prakash Budha got 69 votes.

Similarly, Ganesh Shahi was elected as the vice president, Ramesh KC as secretary, and Ram Bahadur Shahi was elected as the joint secretary, informed Lokendra Bahadur Shahi, coordinator of the election committee.
