Nepal, Feb. 27 -- Senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Balen Shah, has said that Nepal cannot become prosperous by selling electricity at low prices He stressed the need to utilize and store power within the country through industries such as fertilizer factories and data centers.
Addressing the "Call for Change (Pariwartan Ko Udgosh)" program in Chitwan on Friday, Shah proposed developing large-scale industries that could function as "batteries" to store surplus electricity generated during the monsoon season.
