Nepal, July 29 -- Former Minister for Education Sumana Shrestha has said political parties, citizens, and people's representatives must come together to prevent the spread of religious intolerance following the incident in Dewanganj of Sunsari.

In a video message shared on social media, Shrestha said everyone has a shared responsibility to protect social harmony. "You may belong to different political parties, but in the present situation, we all need to come together. Whether through party organizations, social media, or social capital, we must ensure that this does not lead to religious intolerance," she said.
