Nepal, April 7 -- The Jhapa Police arrested 24 people on charges of defrauding people acting as intermediaries and harassing travelers from the Kakadbhitta entry point in Jhapa district. The intermediaries were nabbed from the bus park, customs and market area in Kakadbhitta.

DSP Khagendra Bahadur Khadka, the spokesperson of District Police Office, Jhapa said that all the arrestees are men and were held for misbehaving with passengers, patients and travelers.

Khadka added that all those arrested are under investigation and legal actions will be initiated.
