Nigeria, July 31 -- President Bola Tinubu has criticised state governors for prioritising the construction of flyovers over more pressing infrastructure needs, despite what he described as a significant rise in monthly allocations to states since he assumed office.

Mr Tinubu spoke on Thursday when he received a delegation of traditional rulers from Oyo State, led by the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Rashidi Ladoja, at the State House in Abuja.
