Nigeria, Sept. 26 -- The United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) is the global platform for all countries. So, no country can bar another speaking from its podium.

But the United States (US) at the on-going UNGA decided that the voice of the Palestinian State will not be heard. Only that of the State of Israel would be permitted. It therefore denied Palestinian Authority (PA), President Mahmoud Abbas an entry visa into the US, effectively barring a Head of State from attending UNGA.
