Nigeria, Sept. 2 -- Royal Exchange Plc has appointed Geoffrey Ohen as its Non-Executive Director, effective 23 July.

The insurance company disclosed the appointment in a regulatory filing signed by Lovelyn Aniekwe, the company secretary, on Wednesday.

The Royal Exchange stated that Mr Ohen possessed the requisite skills and experience to make meaningful contributions to the board and support the company's growth and development.
