Nigeria, Oct. 10 -- Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has spoken about her prolonged health challenges, revealing that she has endured intense pain and struggled with mobility for months.

She shared this in a video on Instagram on Saturday to celebrate her 25th birthday.

Regina, who said she was gradually recovering, also explained her lengthy absence from social media.

According to her, what began as a seemingly minor health problem deteriorated over time, leaving her unable to move around comfortably.
