One arrested as troops dismantle terrorists' camp, rescue kidnap victims
Nigeria, Oct. 3 -- The Nigerian Army says troops of 185 Battalion have dismantled a criminal hideout used by suspected terrorists in Anambra State, Nigeria's south-east.
The army, in a statement posted on its Facebook page on Friday, said the troops also rescued three kidnap victims.
It said the victims were abducted around Osakwa General Area in Ihiala Local Government Area of the state, which prompted the troops to begin the rescue operation in collaboration with the Anambra Vigilante Group.
