Nigeria, May 4 -- The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has announced that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with two Chinese companies to support the completion, operation, and possible expansion of the Port Harcourt and Warri refineries.
In a statement published on its website on Monday, NNPC disclosed that the agreement was signed with Sanjiang Chemical Company Limited and Xinganchen (Fuzhou) Industrial Park Operation and Management Co., Ltd. in Jiaxing City, China, on Thursday, 30 April.
