Nasarawa judiciary workers issue seven-day ultimatum over demands
Nigeria, Sept. 8 -- The Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) in Nasarawa State has issued a seven-day ultimatum to the state government to meet its demands or face industrial action.
The state chairman of the union, Mas'ud Ubangari, disclosed this to journalists after the union's congress meeting in Lafia.
Mr Ubangari said the fresh ultimatum followed the expiration of a 21-day notice issued to the state government.
He expressed disappointment over what he described as the government's failure to take concrete action on the report of the committee constituted by the state chief judge to address the union's grievances.
