Nigeria, July 30 -- MeCure Industries Plc has appointed Anderline Dukor as its Chief Executive Officer, following the company's decision to replace its co-CEO leadership model with a traditional single CEO structure.

The company also announced the appointment of Arjun Udani as Executive Director, Operations & Finance of the company.

The appointments, alongside a broader reorganisation of the company's executive leadership, was disclosed in a regulatory filing on Thursday.

According to the pharmaceutical company, the leadership model change will take effect from 1 August.

The board said the decision followed a review of the company's strategic priorities, operational requirements and governance framework.
