Nigeria, Feb. 25 -- The office of the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice on Tuesday refiled amended charges against senior lawyer Mike Ozekhome, hours after withdrawing the initial case which alleged forgery, impersonation and other offences connected with an ownership battle over a controversial London property.
Acting on behalf of the AGF, the Director of Public Prosecution of the Federation (DPPF), Rotimi Oyedepo, filed 12 counts against Mr Ozekhome and a co-suspect, Ponfa Useni, accusing them of forgery, impersonation, and the unlawful acquisition of property in the United Kingdom.
