Nigeria, March 6 -- Veteran Nollywood actor and broadcaster, Pete Edochie, has shared thoughts on some issues of national concern.

The septuagenarian, who turns 79 on Saturday, cited insecurity as his greatest concern.

According to him, the present government has done a lot to help stabilise the country.

"When Tinubu came in, the price of goods was so high, but right now I don't know what happened. Things are coming down now drastically," Mr Edochie observed.

He then urged the government to deploy the same template it used in bringing down the price of foodstuff, to solving te nation's power and security challenges.
