Nigeria, Oct. 11 -- Seyi Makinde, the presidential candidate of the Alliance People's Movement (APM) and governor of Oyo State, has challenged President Bola Tinubu to publish the pricing template for petroleum products.

He said this is to enable Nigerians understand how pump prices are determined.

Mr Makinde made the call on Saturday in Yola, Adamawa State, during the APM North-east town hall meeting, where party stakeholders and candidates strategised ahead of the 2027 general elections.

His demand comes amid continued concerns over rising petrol prices and the federal government's efforts to ease the burden on consumers.
