Nigeria, Nov. 3 -- Comfort Williams, the 10th Miss Taraba, has died, the management of Prime Planet Event Managers, organisers of the Mr and Miss Taraba pageant, has announced.

The organisation disclosed her death in a condolence statement issued on Monday, describing her as a valued member of its team and its Assistant Managing Director.

The statement, posted on Facebook by the organisation's Chief Executive Officer, Disebe Donga, said Ms Williams' death had left the management and members of the organisation devastated.
