Nigeria, Nov. 2 -- Campaigns for the 2027 general elections have begun, sparking candidates' waves of peripatetic movement across the country to seek votes. It also offers political parties the opportunity for strategic engagements toward consolidation of their support bases, and how to flip their opponents' strongholds.

However, some pseudo-democrats have introduced harassment and intimidation into this electoral process, demanding that citizens vote only for their parties or else all hell will be let loose. This is ominous, and it should be contained by law enforcement agencies.
