Nigeria, Nov. 5 -- Every year, as Nigeria approaches the end of the calendar year, road traffic volumes increase significantly, driven by heightened commercial activities, festive celebrations, religious gatherings, family reunions and the movement of people and goods across the country. This period, popularly known as the Ember Months, presents a critical challenge to road safety management, requiring intensified enforcement, public enlightenment, emergency response and coordinated stakeholder engagement.
