Nigeria, Oct. 4 -- In The Sunday Stew of 7 June 2026 I unveiled the Decoupling Sovereignty Index (DSI) and introduced the three vectors, Money, Land and Mind. Unveiling a measurement instrument, however, creates an immediate obligation. An index without a methodology for generating its data is an architectural drawing without a building.
