Nigeria, Sept. 3 -- Ngozi Monica Okonkwo & Co, the external auditors of Cutix Plc, have resigned their appointment after about six years of auditing the company's accounts.

The manufacturer, Cutix disclosed this in a regulatory filing signed by Chinwendu Nwokporo, the Company Secretary, on Wednesday, stating that it received the auditors' formal notification of resignation on 24 July.

Ngozi Monica Okonkwo & Co joined Cutix as external auditor in in November 2020, replacing ANOC Professional service who also retired at the time.

The resignation took effect on 28 August, the date of the company's 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM).
