Nigeria, Sept. 20 -- Our church, Healing Wings, started in 1994. Soon, God told me He was giving us a building. When He showed it to me, I did not like it at first. It was old and dilapidated. It had been uninhabited for five years, so the front of the building was overgrown.

But God told me to go and take a second look. He said, "Femi, go back there and look at the trees." When I did with some colleagues, we all agreed that 12 Festival Road, Victoria Island, Lagos, was our Promised Land.

The proof was in the fruit trees.

When Moses sent spies to scout the Promised Land, they returned with fruits from the trees: grapes, pomegranates, and figs. Our Promised Land in Victoria Island also had fruit trees. It had mango, almond, and banana t...
