Nigeria, Oct. 9 -- Airtel Money, the mobile money subsidiary of telecom operator Airtel Africa Plc, has begun conditional trading of its shares on the main market for listed equities on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), effective from 9 October 2026, according to a regulatory filing on Friday.

"The commencement of unconditional dealings in the Airtel Money shares on the London Stock Exchange is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 14 October 2026," Airtel Africa stated.

It further noted that Airtel Money's admission to the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange will also occur on the same date.
