Nigeria, Aug. 6 -- Agricultural technology company Hello Tractor has called for stronger collaboration among governments, financial institutions, technology providers and private operators to build a sustainable agricultural mechanisation system capable of improving food production across Nigeria.

The company said recent investments by several state governments in tractors and other agricultural equipment are a positive development. Still, it warned that long-term success would depend on building the institutional and operational systems needed to support the deployment, maintenance, financing and efficient utilisation of the equipment.
