Nigeria, Oct. 10 -- Access Holdings Plc has announced the retirement of Olanrewaju Bamisebi as Executive Director, Information Technology and Digitalisation, following the expiration of his term contract.

The retirement took effect on 30 September, according to a regulatory filing by the financial holding company, signed by Sunday Ekwochi, the group company secretary on Friday.

The company said the retirement would ensure compliance with the Central Bank of Nigeria's (CBN) Corporate Governance Guidelines for Financial Holding Companies in Nigeria.
