Nigeria, March 13 -- Rivers United FC suffered a dramatic late setback in the Nigeria Premier Football League title race after a stoppage-time goal from Qamar Adegoke handed Shooting Stars SC a thrilling 2-1 victory in their rescheduled Matchday 24 clash at the Lekan Salami Stadium in Ibadan.
In what turned out to be a breathless end-to-end contest, both sides traded attacking moments throughout the evening, but it was the hosts who ultimately snatched maximum points with the very last action of the match.
