Nigeria, March 6 -- Nigeria's First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, has advised parents to instil the value of modesty in their daughters.

Mrs Tinubu advised on Thursday in Abuja while hosting Muslim and Christian women at an interfaith Iftar and Lent break-fast gathering.

She also encouraged women across the country to take up mentoring roles for young girls.

In a viral video obtained by PREMIUM TIMES, the former senator said: "I challenge you to have a mentee with you, so that not somebody you'll have been mentoring all the time, but just pour into the life of a young girl from an indigent background.
