Nigeria, Aug. 17 -- Afrobeats star David "Davido" Adeleke has disclosed he is not considering a career in politics despite his family's long history in government and his active role in his uncle Ademola Adeleke's re-election campaign in Osun State.

The singer said this on X in response to fans and other users who urged him to run for political office after his involvement in the campaign that secured his uncle's re-election as governor.
