United States, Oct. 21 -- The World Bank Group today announced the 40-month debarment with conditional release of Bruke Lonia Nigeria Limited, a construction company based in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, for fraudulent practices connected to the Ibadan Urban Flood Management Project in Nigeria.The Ibadan Urban Flood Management Project (IUFMP) was designed to improve the capacity of Oyo State to effectively manage flood risks in the city of Ibadan.According to the facts of the case, as part of a joint venture, Bruke Lonia submitted unsuccessful bids for four lots under an IUFMP tender in October 2020.
