Work begins on Peckham Rye Station Square, creating a vibrant space for businesses and the local community
United Kingdom, March 30 -- BAM UK & Ireland will deliver a long awaited transformation of Peckham Rye Station Square, helping to regenerate the area and create new opportunities for businesses and the wider community. The work, delivered for our partner Southwark Council, will begin in March 2026, with the project team working closely with the Greater London Authority and Network Rail to realise a shared vision for a welcoming and vibrant public space at the heart of Peckham, set to be completed by the summer of 2027.The Grade II listed station building will be enhanced by its new surroundings.
